I have completed the checkout and I have received my order confirmation, but there is no link to download, what has happened?
When you purchase a product, an order confirmation email is sent automatically to your inbox alongside another separate email containing the download links. This email containing the download links often finds itself in your junk/spam/promotions folder so double check it’s not there if you can’t see it.
If you still cannot find your download links at all, please don’t hesitate to contact us via facebook messenger or the contact page on this website and we will send another link to you as soon as we can.
I have a problem downloading my order and the download limit is exceeded, what do I do?
If you come across any problems with your purchase, please contact us via facebook messenger or by email (firstname.lastname@example.org). Be sure to include your order number in the message.
I would like the sample pack in another format, is this possible?
Unfortunately at this time the sample packs only include 16-24bit 44.1kHz WAV audio files, unless stated otherwise. However, be sure to contact us and we may consider including other formats in the future just for you.

I have purchased the wrong product, can I get a refund?
Due to a high level of illegal sharing and piracy our products are subject to attacks, and the nature of our products being digital, we have a strict no refund or exchange policy once the product download has been initiated. We are able to see if you have initiated the product download on our system and once this happens, your purchase becomes non refundable.
