LICENSE AGREEMENT

All samples, loops, sounds, ringtones, FX, artworks or any and all other products are wholly owned by Dessert-Audio. Rights of all products are strictly reserved.

When you purchase a Sample Pack & Kontakt Library or any other Dessert-Audio product, you are purchasing a License to use those sounds within your own musical compositions, whether your musical works are released commercially or not.

The Dessert-Audio loops, sounds and other products may only be used pursuant to the terms and conditions enforced by Dessert-Audio. By purchasing Dessert-Audio products sold via a distributor or directly from this website, you automatically become bound to the terms of the license.

This license grants you to use our products in your musical creations and productions, and to sell and license your musical productions for commercial and non-commercial use. However, any copying, re-selling, lending, or giving away of our products is strictly prohibited.

You can use the sounds in combination with other sounds within your musical works. You can release such compositions commercially without further payment of fees or royalties. However, you are not allowed to use the sounds in isolation (i.e. when not within a musical composition) as part of a commercially released project – for example you cannot use the sounds licensed from Dessert-Audio to:

Make another Sample Pack collection or any audio sample collection. Also, you are not allowed to use the sounds in isolation for sound effects on a website, on any kind of multimedia, audio or video production, unless as part of a musical performance or in composition with other sounds.

Delivery: After we have successfully received your payment, we will email you a download link for your pruchased product along with a license agreement for the specified product.

This agreement may be changed without any/or notice to users. We advise that our customers regularly check back here for any new updates or changes.
